Cupping Notes: Cane-sugar sweetness, medium acidity, and a creamy body with sweet caramel overtones and a slight cocoa note on the finish.

Medium roast is a delicious, full-bodied, slightly fruity cup of coffee. This coffee is easy to drink and is loved by everyone who tries it. 

We find that the darker the roast, the more cocoa comes out. The dark roast is also incredible for cold-brew coffee! 

We were informed that this is the favorite bean of the Founder Jeff's family.
